Willard H. Kopatz, Jr.
- President of Kopatz Construction, Inc.
- Received BA degree from Westfield State College
- Born and raised in Westfield, MA
- Father a Union Foreman
- at age 12 Bill worked along side his Father
- became a member of the Carpenters Local 105 of
Springfield and at age 18 became a Journeyman
- Member of the Home Builders Association of Greater
Springfield in 1992
- involved with the commercial building trade for 8 years where
he learned to read commercial blueprints and run union jobs
- in 1977 branched out on his own and became a sole proprietor
of a framing crew as well as a General Contractor
- 1991 incorporated his own business and became a land
developer. He has built homes in Massachusetts and Connecticut
- 1991 developed Cara Lane in Westfield
- has built homes in neighborhoods such as Ridgecrest,
Hawks Circle, Devon Manor, Castle Hills, Camelot, Willow
Brook and in Russell, MA
- Currently developing Plumtree Meadow in Feeding Hills, MA
